Community Saunas

Two Saunas, Two Intentions

The Quiet Sauna – A space for stillness and reflection. No talking, just heat, breath, and presence.

The Ceremony Sauna – A space for connection and transformation. Designed for guided rituals, breathwork, and shared experiences.

Each sauna is crafted from different wood, carrying its own unique energy. Move between them, find your rhythm, and let the heat guide you.

Private Sauna

This is your space - take full control of your sauna experience. Play with löyly, explore essential oils from our collection, or go all in and dump a bucket of water on your friend (with consent, of course). Whether you’re here for deep relaxation or a fun, dynamic session, the private sauna is yours to shape. Plus, you get two hours to fully take advantage of the space. For 6-8 people.

Changing the way we human one sweat at a time

Our 6-7°C cold plunge pools are set to suit most bodies, understanding that different people handle cold differently. First, we’re introducing the 8 ft diameter group plunge tub, followed by two more smaller pools soon, each designed to challenge you in their own way.

Arrival and Check-In Process

We are nested between the Pendray Tea House and Huntingdon Manor, through the Huntingdon parking lot. Look for our ærth sign! Please check in with a host at the reception, which is the first building as you walk in. We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes before your session to sign the waiver and get familiar with the space.

No phone policy

No phones beyond the reception area, and no exceptions to this rule. We may occasionally host influencer power hours outside of our regular schedule.

Sauna Etiquette

We’re creating a space to connect and embrace the power of heat, cold, and nature. Please leave your shoes outside, rinse off before entering, and respect the quiet hours. Read the room for energy and conversation, listen to your body, and take breaks when needed.

Space Flow

You're welcome to free flow in the space, or enjoy one of our guided sessions that are posted on the schedule every day. We give you the basics - towels, tea, electrolyte water and the best group of people we could attract. The rest is up to you!
